CANCELLATION POLICY

Reservation/Bookings, Down payments and Final Payments

A 40% deposit is required within 5 days to hold a reservation. Reservations are not considered firm until the deposit is received. A confirmation email is sent to the lessee upon receipt of the down payment. The balance of payment is due on the arrival date. There is an additional charge of 2% with the payment of a credit card via Paypal or Payoneer.


Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit equivalent to Eur 400 or Eur 500 is payable in cash – and required to cover for major breakages.


Cancellations and Refunds

In the case of written cancellations received more than 60 days of arrival, the lesse will be offered to postpone his booking within 12 months, depending on availability and seasonal price adjustment.

If the lessee cancels within 60 days of the arrival date, the entire down payment will be forfeited to the lessor, unless the lessee or lessor manages to find another tenant for the same period.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended and the lessor reserve the right to treat any confirmed booking as cancelled if schedules are not met.


Number of Guests

Total number of guests is to be confirmed with the booking. Any changes must be notified and a charge is applicable in case of additional guests. No deductions will be accepted in case of a reduction in number of guests.
